Yes, but there are no answer there and not possible to add a new comment to the thread.

The last news was that it was to be released early 2018 and we are already in mi April.
Is it delayed? When can we expect it?

I encourage you to take a look at our REST API for 3CX. We have all the typical call control functions -- MakeCall, Drop, Transfer, barge, etc. And we can build additional APIs as needed.
