Restoring config via backup; files do not show up

Hi,

I would like to restore a backup downloaded from a cloud instance A on another instance B. The goal is to have an identical trunk configuration and similar setup for the extensions.

However, the ZIP file of the backup from A does not show up in the list of B (connected to Google Drive). The versions do fit.

Is there any way to get (most of) the config from A to B?

Also I noticed, if I unpack and repack a backup from B and copy it back to B, it also does not show up. The zip content is identical. What's the secret to make backup files show up?

Hi @Irx

The correct way to do this is to create a Backup from A (without license key) and then during the installation phase of system B, choose to install using a backup. Now you will have two identical systems but each with its own key.

What was the actual goal? Use system A as a template for system B or migration?
