Restricting Inbound Calls to DID to Only Certain Numbers

Hi All,

We have a DID that routes calls to a specific ring group, but want to route calls to that number to another group if the call originates from a small set of external numbers.

For example, a call comes into our DID of 561-555-1234. If the call is from 954-555-1234 or 305-555-1234, then the call is routed to ring group 1; otherwise, the call is routed to ring group 2.

I know that we can route inbound calls based on CID or DID, but can't see how to route calls that go to a certain DID, also based on CIDs. Can that be accomplished with 3CX?

Not sure if you can do both. it is either cid or ddi

you maybe able to do it with CFD , where you check the number dialled and caller id

Perhaps...DID, to extension with CID rules forwarding certain numbers to one ring group, all others to another.
