Retry failed fax emails

Occasionally we have problems where the 3CX fax server can't contact the email server, eventually the faxes end up in the
"C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Fax\Faxes\Failed"folder

Is there any way of making it retry these failed faxes once we've sorted out the email server problems? eg can I move the XML & TIF files to the 'ToSend' folder? If so, do I need to edit the XML file?

Have you tried copying the files back into the folder to see if they get processed?
Maybe after you move them, restart the 3cx Fax Server service.
If this works, then try creating a batch file that runs periodically.
