A question/request came from users. In our old phone switch, we used to be able to press the 7 or the 9 key while the message was playing. When you pressed 7 it would rewind 2 seconds, then 9 would fast forward 2 seconds. This was very helpful if someone missed a phone number or something. This way they wouldn't need to relisten to the whole voicemail.
