Ring Group BLF

Please make it so that system extensions i.e. Ring Groups can be added as BLFs on phones. We have multiple clients with seperate companies (ring groups) and when 1 company is fully busy or a user is absent, users from other companies (ring groups) need a blf key to pickup a call from the other "busy" group. Basically, an overflow optional pickup feature. This is a common feature and most business phone systems.

For example RG1 has 3 users. when a call comes in to DID for RG1 and all users are busy/absent, other users in other RG or management need a BLF for RG1 and indicating there is a call ringing RG1. and the ability to press the BLF to pull the call to their extension.

Note: these are clients that prefer the use of physical phones instead of performing operations via web client or PC client.

If all users are busy / unavailable the call will go to unanswered routing setting , others users will not be able to pickup the call.

the reason - 3cx will poll the all the extensions at the beginning of the call and only ring the ext that are available.

Yes, I realise this. However we do not want to roll the call to another ring group if not answered. We just want the ability to allow other extensions to pickup a call from that ring group from their desk phone. We could make a custom speed dial for this, but we need a visual (Dummy Proof End User) indicator for that ring group on phones/extensions that are not part of that group. I know this functionality is possible on most Mitel, Cisco, Avaya, and Toshiba systems.
