Hello, I am new to 3CX ad I setup a ring group, but it seems to be dropping calls. I look at the logs and got the following. Can someone tell what they mean, if it is on the 3CX side or my SIP Trunk side?

Do the calls drop if you call the RG internally, or is this just on external calls? Does this happen on all calls, or just occasionally? If it happens on both, then remove all extensions but one, from the ring group. Add them back one at a time and make several test calls after each is added, to see if one is causing the issue.

The first two highlights, in the first post, are telling you that an outgoing calls can't be completed because there are no more gateways available.

Thank you for your reply,

It is only external at the moment. Also, that make sense I did not think of that. I will complete the test also.

What is your destination if not answered set to? If all users are on the phone a call to ring group will go to destination if not answered. If you expect all people in the RG to be on the phone a queue will be the better option as they can wait until an agent is available.

The error seems to coming from your provider based on the logs you posted. Do you have agents that you ring the mobile phones or any external numbers?

Thank you for your response, yes, I did decide to use a Queue instead as it provided more function. My destination for the RG was voicemail if not answered.

Thank you for your response, yes, we did narrow it down to that it was coming from the provider. Also, we realized that there was to many calls coming in to use an RG so we switch to a Queue setup.
