Thank you for your response, yes, I did decide to use a Queue instead as it provided more function. My destination for the RG was voicemail if not answered.What is your destination if not answered set to? If all users are on the phone a call to ring group will go to destination if not answered. If you expect all people in the RG to be on the phone a queue will be the better option as they can wait until an agent is available.
Thank you for your response, yes, we did narrow it down to that it was coming from the provider. Also, we realized that there was to many calls coming in to use an RG so we switch to a Queue setup.The error seems to coming from your provider based on the logs you posted. Do you have agents that you ring the mobile phones or any external numbers?
