Ring Group - line in use if one of the members is calling

One of our users have three phones with three different extensions. When he is calling with his deskphone and somebody tries to forward a call to the ringgroup the other phones from this user in the ringgroup ring. I want to setup that one of the members is calling that forwarding a call to the ringgroup gives a line in use notification. Any idea how to setup?

Normally, if an extension is in use, and part of a ring group, they will not get a call waiting notification for a ring group call. There have been a number of posts requesting the same functionality, however, getting it to work (if it is still even possible), involves the use of an option, that is not supported, and 3CX warns that its use may cause other adverse issues.

Hi Thanks for the quick reply. Not the answer that I was hoping on. The link you provided want to have the line in use being notified by another caller. I want to have the other phones not being ring if a member in the ring group is busy.

Fixed this issue by adding the extension to the primary extension as mobile phone. And then selected also ring mobile phone.
