I've got a strange issue. I've configured a voip gw - provider.
This number is connected to a ring group e.g. 800
This ring group has the following subscribers:
-100 (3CX softphone)
-101 (3CX softphone)
etc.
etc.
Now when I call the VOIP number (from external location) phone 100 doesn't ring. If I only configure phone 100 in the ring group I get no connection from the external location.
If I make a new subscriber, eg. 150 and add it to the ring group and I call again, 150 does answer the incoming call.
Somehow the link between the ring group and phone is lost. I can make outgoing calls.
Also, calling from another internal extention (eg 102) to the "failing phone" doesn't work eigther.
Any solutions? Or will this be addressed in the final version?
