Solved Ring Group - Press zero to go to operator at any time

Hi All,

I had a question today that I could not answer.

A client has a (prioritised hunt) ring group setup with a number of members, all of which get 10 seconds before it moves on to the next (then finally to a dummy extension's voicemail), and wants to know if they can let callers press zero (or any other digit I guess) to exit from the ring group at any time (prior to getting to the voicemail) and go to the operator.

Am I missing an obvious option to do this?

That might be a partial solution - thanks!

They can also use that to go to the operator once transferred to the voicemail. The messge could alert them to the option, or let them leave a voicemail.

Just to let you know - I went with this option and the client seems happy (for now at least!)
