Solved Ring Group Ringing with hotdesk

We have 4 extensions in a ring group. One extension is a hot desk and does not ring.
This is SP2 with all phones being HTek 862.

Can you please make sure that on that Extension's settings >> Forwarding Rules Tab, the option "Accept calls from Ring Groups" is enabled?
