Ring group shows missed call even when call answered.

Hi All,

I have a ring group set to ring all, when a call comes in and it is answered by one agent from the queue, the other agents still see a missed call, specifically they are seeing it on the 3CX phone on iOS.

Anyone seen this before?

reg. the iOS client, 15.5 is solving missed call handling on mobile devices... Your client can do this already but not your 15.0 PBX...

Hi Stefan,

I think the reason the missed calls are showing up is because when a call comes in to the ring group (ring all) when the call is answered by one agent the call continues to ring on the other agents iOS handset. This is why he's seeing missed calls.

What are your thoughts on this behaviour?

are you on a 15.5?
3cx stopps the iOS device from ringing in the same way we make it ring, with a push message. this would indicate a lost of internet connectivity of the device once it happens...
