Ring on mobile

Hi there,
I have the 3cx configured for 1 of my extensions to ring on my cell at the same time.
Everything seems to be working but between 30-45 seconds the call is disconnected.
Regular calls to extensions and outside lines perform correctly.
Any ideas would be appreciated,

A posted copy of the 3CX log would probably help.

Are you saying that you answer the calls (on the mobile) and it drops, or it drops while ringing? Is there voicemail enabled on the 3CX extension?

What type of trunking are you using to send the call to the mobile?

Is this a change in behaviour, or has it been happening from "day one"?

this is a new setup
the disconnect happens once answered by the mobile phone. voiceMail is setup after 20 sec
this extension is set to ring at the same time (checkbox on the bottom of extension settings)
i will check the log now

thank you for your help I figured it out there are different settings from my provider
based on the modem that I have it uses a different port
