Root access on Lightsail installed via PBXExpress?

Trying to troubleshoot an issue with support and we need to get files from the Linux instance. Files don't seem available for transfer when logged in via "admin". With PBXExpress is there a root password set? Decently proficient with 3CX but Linux skills aren't as strong.
