We are looking to transition our hosting platform from FreePBX to 3CX. So far our test conversion is going great and have been able to make everything that did work on FreePBX work on 3CX.

The only issue is, most of our clients are using the Sangoma S305, S500/5, and S700/5 and it is not supported by 3CX. We learned we can use the HTEK template but ran into a small snag. The template turns the PC port from bridge mode (which is default) to Router Mode thus making the PC behind it non-functioning.

I see where I can edit the config file, but not sure how to get it applied.

Any information or guidance would be appreciated.

you have to delete the existing configuration within 3cx and add the phone manually using your custom template
