Hi! I'm totally newbie in this PBX subject... But I'm really curious about new techniques and always start to learn something. One friend (boss), asked me if I can try setup one SIP and a DID# for IVR + DTMF... But save the logs typed in DTMF. The first idea was doing this with Asterisk into a CentOS VPS. But I think is easy doing this into a Windows based system. So the idea is:
buy one SIP server and a DID#... Connect the DID# with the SIP, and enable DTMF... When someone calls, will start an IVR, asking for some information about the business. And we want save this info into a .txt file... Is that possible with 3CX Phone System? If yes, could you help? We are able to pay...

I needed to do this for a company that wanted to capture order numbers for an automated customer services process using IVR.

The 3CX Voice Application Designer (VAD) is a very powerful tool and was used to create this for one of our customers. Tho' we - and our customer are UK based - I used a 3CX Certified Partner in Utah USA to do the job - which was done exceptionally well. Not only can callers dial their order number into the system (for it to be captured and e-mailed to a customer representative), but the number is also read back & the caller asked to confirm ...

I'd suggest that you contact 'SWS Development LLC' to discuss your project:
