SBC border controller keeps saying up

Hey I am running a SBC on a windows server.
build version 18.1.36
I don't actually get a down notification it just keeps saying up.
Will this be dropping calls? Is there a way to fix this

The SBC up alert triggers at every connection.
The SBC down alert triggers after 5 minutes or so.
So an up alert by itself generally means a short connection drop.

Try pinging the 3CX server 1000 times and see if you get packet loss, especially when an up alert triggers.

Yes but you could also ping from another device there to see if the issue is just that server. Generally when looking for packet loss I ping the remote IP, as well as the LAN gateway (router) and its WAN gateway (next hop out), and some other IP like 8.8.4.4 and see which have loss.

So I have installed a new SBC on the site with a raspberry pi and it is doing the same thing. It seems to dropping every half an hour consistently. There is no issue with connecting to the internet the ping to google was fine. and the ping to the 3cx instance was fine.

I replaced router and it seems to have stopped at least for the last few hours. Thanks for your help
