Yes but you could also ping from another device there to see if the issue is just that server. Generally when looking for packet loss I ping the remote IP, as well as the LAN gateway (router) and its WAN gateway (next hop out), and some other IP like 8.8.4.4 and see which have loss.Hey the 3cx server is hosted with lightsail. Will I have to ping from the windows server with the SBC on it?
I replaced router and it seems to have stopped at least for the last few hours. Thanks for your helpYour ping has no packet loss while the drop happens? 30 minutes seems rather specific. Perhaps a CPU spike on their office router?
