Our ISP notified us that the static IP of one of our branches is going to change due to some upgrades at their end.

We have an SBC in that office. I'd assumed I would be able to edit the SBC settings on the PBX, then push the new config somehow, but it appears that all critical settings such as IPs aren't editable once set - or do I have this wrong?

If I'm right, what's the next step? Do I need to uninstall the SBC software on the SBC machine, then reinstall/reconfigure, after adding a new SBC on the PBX?

you have nothing to do , even if you have no public static ip at all on SBC location, SBC is leading connection to pbx so no matter which public ip you have

Ah! Good stuff - thanks. That's a relief.

i use SBC behind 4G routers to make demo on customer side, always working without static ip and on 4G double nated network

This is entirely unnecessary. If you remember, you did not define any SBC external IP during installation either ;)
