SBC Install

I currently am running SBCV15 on a Windows 7 Ultimate... I'm trying to upgrade to Version 16. I'm getting an error after I download the application file that says this installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact product vendor... Any reason why I'm getting this

you need 64 Bytes CPU
V16 is supported on W10 64 only , so you need to update your W7 pc to W10, this is free of charge. you just need to install windows update assistant and let it go, once install start , set as you don't have a key licence, when finished run activation process and give the W7 key, done.
Just take care to install same version you are starting from, if it was W7 Pro , then choose w10 pro.

Now you have a fresh w10, install SBC

The limitation may also be the processor used in your computer. You didn't specify.

Please take look here at the supported OS list and the restrictions mentioned above:

You will need Windows 10 x64 as a minimum and your CPU must also be 64-bit otherwise you will get that message.

What is your CPU model on the SBC machine?

What is your CPU model on the SBC machine?

My guess is that it's a Core2 Duo or similar, which is 64-bit, but the Windows 7 version installed might be only 32-bit.
