Those of you using 3cx in the cloud and using an SBC locally, what are the numbers of extensions you are putting behind the SBC? Any users with multiple SBCs at the same site? What number of extensions do you run per SBC?
Reason for the questions is to get a feel for what is working and what is not.
I recently move an onsite 3cx v15 to the cloud and installed a fresh Debian 9 SBC (virtualized) locally for about 30 extensions with 4 blf keys per extension.
We get intermittent audio drops from both internal <> internal and external <> internal calls. After 30-45 seconds the audio drops out but call still shows connected. Firewall checker passes. All phones on supported firmware and stock template.
Provided pcaps and support of examples to support. They came back with the sbc is dropping the audio but for unknown reasons. Asked me to add another sbc and move some phones to the other sbc. I added a Windows sbc and moved about 10-15 phones to it and it seems to have resolved the issue for a week. However just today I noticed another internal to internal call dropped audio while still showing as an active call in the system. This occurred twice between 4 different extensions.
Two extensions on the same local sbc
Two extensions on differnet sbcs but on the same lan
Support is asking me to again move all phones back to one sbcand capture another pcap and support, which is not ideal to do since I have to put the pbx in verbose and reboot, put both sbcs in verbose and reboot, and run ongoing pcaps across them. The problem is intermittent however happens often enough to be an issue during production hours.
