SBC Raspberry Pi script broken

I'm trying to follow the directions on the 3cx website for installing the SBC on a Raspberry Pi: https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/

I have Noobs minimal installed, have internet connectivity working. But the download script appears to be broken. All that gets downloaded a 5KB ZIP file that does not open. I've tried downloading and extracting the ZIP file on the Raspberry Pi, on my Windows 10 office computer, and a linux VPS. Nothing seems to work. Am I missing something here? Can someone supply me with a working download link? Thanks.

Just confirming, as per the instructions did you simply try to execute the file?

sudo bash 3cxsbc.zip

As the file is not actually a zip file, but a bash file, it's simply in a .zip format so it's more easily allowed through firewalls/filters etc.

(If you are really interested, you can rename the .zip to .txt on a GUI machine and then open it to see the contents).
