SBC Service on raspberry with Dual Wan Router

Hi, I appreciate any help on this issue.

On my remote office I have SBC service running on raspbian with three IP deskphones Yealink T48s.

The router on remote office is a dual wan router (Draytek 2925).

I have properly configured the router with loadbalance and failover, so that whenever Wan1 get down it failover to Wan2.

Everything works fine if Wan1 is up. Whenr Wan1 get down, the internet to all computers, wifi to guests etc go via Wan2 and works fine, EXCEPT 3CX phones. It seems the SBC service on raspberry stuck on Wan1, even thoght Wan1 is down.

The SBC service works on Wan2 only if I restart the SBC service on raspberry.

Am I missing some configuration on SBC in order to 'change Wan' whenever get desconnection?

I have this dual wan router just because of the 3CX on the remote office.

The SBC doesn't know anything about WAN1 or WAN2 so it's not stuck on WAN1 in the literal sense. Perhaps you have a route or traffic shaping rule forcing it to try WAN1 only? Can you confirm you can access the 3CX web interface when on WAN2?

Could you put the wan2 ip address in the sbc failover settings. As the sbc makes the connection to the 3cx server, it does not know about wan2

Failover and load balancing only works for outgoing traffic on the Draytek - in order for incoming traffic the remote system needs to know about both wan’s ip and detect a failure on one of the links.

Well you wouldn't put the wan2 IP address in the fail-over settings. That would make the SBC try to talk to the WAN2 interface to reach 3Cx which won't work.
