Solved SBC Setup for Granstream HT818

My system was running on a Pi4, but now that is is not supported any more, I moved the system to AWS Cloud.
All the IP phones are setup, but there are 3 POTS and one FAX that was running on the HT818.
I see now that the HT818 needs SBC to connect to my current cloud setup.
I am confused as to where the SBC should be located, cloud, or local.

Any suggestions?

I have setup the SBC and the HT818 is now registered and working properly
