Hi Guys,

I have a Windows SBC for a client who has a hosted 3CX system. The internal IP address of the SBC is 192.168.0.99.

When I look at the SBC Trunk it shows the internal IP as 192.168.0.100

Anyone any ideas? I have been having issues with phones not reprovisioning and having to power them off and on to re provision?

Thanks

Regarding your question, have you set the SBC machine to receive its IP via DHCP? Or does it have a Static IP or at least DHCP with a reservation set?

Hi Charles. Thanks I have now resolved this. The SBC was originally installed with DHCP and after that the SBC PC was given a fixed IP address. I removed the SBC from both the SIP trunk and the PC and re installed both so it picked up the correct fixed IP address. It is now running perfect.
