Solved SBC standalone?

Hello,

Could SBC work on standalone mode? For example, when the PBX on cloud is down or not reachable but you want to make internal calls between the extension associated/registered by SBC. Is this scenario possible?

no, the phones register with the PBX and if the PBX is down, the extensions are down.

I'm afraid not, the PBX will need to be up to for SIP signaling to work and more. As @kieferschild just mentioned.

Thanks for your reply @kieferschild , that's what I was afraid. SBC just "tunnel" all the communications to PBX.
