SBC Update method?

My v16 clients are being offered an SBC update. Is there an instruction as to how to run this on Win and Linux please? I am remote, so cannot run the risk of it messing up!

Well there's always a risk of messing it up so you want to be local for the first couple if that's a concern. That being said you'd have to try pretty hard to break it to the point where you can't also fix it. As long as you don't lose your remote access by hosing the network stack (which would be pretty hard to do on a software update) you should be able to fix it.

I had no problem running an SBC upgrade via the MGMT console. Though, if you totally screw up, remote on to a customer PC (Teamviewer), SSH to the SBC then reinstall 3CX SBC.

i've done several SBC linux or windows update too with MC with no problems, in case i was able to connect remotely

Should not make a difference if windows or linux, the management console will help you update easily
