SBC v18 upgrade to v20 failing

I'm trying to upgrade a dedicated SBC vm to v20 but it fails. I'm following the instruction to download the .sh file and run it but it ends with ::FAIL::. I can't see anything prominent from the logs at to what might be causing it. 3CX itself is self hosted and up to date as far as it can be.

I personally would never update a SBC for sure.
Just delete it, and download/create new.

We've updated some in place but it's been a while, maybe last year. It does take a while, I want to say 30min+ depending on VM resources/storage. But we'd need more of the log to help you further.

Or as noted just reinstall using the same IP address and the phones should just reconnect through it.
