Scheduled Backup Failed

Lateley I get this error when 3CX (running in the cloud) is trying to make a backup on our FTP server :

When I look into the FTP monitoring window, I see the 3CX user being logged in and disconnecting, but no backup is made.
Nothing was changed to the 3CX config or our firewall or the FTP server, so strange it stopped working.

How can I check what is going on ?

Reboot the FTP location and 3CX then try again.

Did a reboot of both, but problem stays.

@JohnS_3CX, I've seen you answering other FTP backup cases. Could you please assist me since I'm having problems with this FTP backup now for more than 1 week.
