Scheduled Page Alert

Hi,

Just seeing if this is possible in the 3CX at all, this is only in regards to hosted/self hosted systems, we have some schools that have a Page group set up using some Grand stream speakers so the schools can send out a page annoucment throughout the school, but is there any way to send out a scheduled Alert/Alarm for things like the change of class or end of school etc? using CFD might be a possibility but I've never used it before so wouldn't know where to start with it.

Using CFD it might be possible for this. It would act like a dialer and dial only on certain times.

Only self-install and on-prem.

Hosted doesn't support that as their tool requires SSH access to the machine.

@ConceptsWeb is correct. If you host your PBX with 3CX, they will not allow you to use any third-party tools including their own Call Flow Designer. To do what you have requested, you will have to host your 3CX on your own server. That server can be on-prem or hosted in the cloud (Amazon for example). I didn't get very far with emailing support, they confirmed it can be used on hosted instances, but when I emailed regarding pricing and a bit more information on how it's installed on a hosted instances I had nor reply, are you able to assist at all?
