Scrolling Name on BLF Key

I just put in the new Fanvil X7 phones for one of our clients. They do not like that the top BLF button scrolls but none of the others do. I have searched through the phone settings and the 3CX settings but have not been able to find anything to either stop the scrolling or make all the BLF buttons scroll. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a fix? Thanks in advance!

Just updated the firmware on an x7 and scrolling has been noticed. It’s very distracting. Haven’t looked in to it yet.
Is it just long names scrolling?

That would be really weird if only one button scrolls. I would assume it has to do with the length of the BLF entry.

On all the X7 phones we have its only the top button that scrolls. I think it does have to do with the length of the name, but all the other buttons just have a ... at the end for the part that isn't shown (ie: first name las...). People keep seeing the scrolling out of the corner of their eye and thing there is a message or notification on their phone.

I put in a ticket with Fanvil about it. Their first suggestion was to upgrade to the latest firmware, but since 3CX only supports up to version 1.0.6 that isn't an option. I sent them the config files from one of the phones. I am hoping that Fanvil or 3CX will be able to provide a solution for us.
