We noticed this week our secondary trunk has not been registering properly. I'd like to know when it started but after a couple days of logs it is apparent the "Load More" button on the event log page takes exponentially longer with each additional range added. I downloaded the support data and log viewer but can only get the tool to show logs for today, even if I change the date range? Is there a way to view either the events or activity log based on a date range? The error is logged about once per minute so there are a lot of log entries.

Edit: I think I see...we restarted the server this morning and the log viewer is only displaying back to the restart. :(

Hi Steve,

Yes, restarting will reset the logs. In the activity log settings there is an option to keep a backup of the logs for X days, you can enable this if you wish to retain them. If it was already enabled, you might have access to the logs from the logs backup folder.
