see phone status on dashboard (ie, DND)

Is there any way to see what a phone is set to the web UI. Sometimes I get complaints about a phone sending calls to voicemail etc and it's probably DND but I have no way to tell and am instead trying to talk someone through it over the phone.

Using the webclient, you can see current status of any extension within the group or groups depending on your setup.

ah, ok. Was hoping to see it in the admin UI but this is workable.

You can do that as well. While looking at the extensions tab select an extension and hit the status button. This will show you the extensions status and if the extension is logged in to a queue or not.
