Hello everyone,

I apologize if this question seems basic; I'm relatively new to working with 3CX. I have a specific inquiry regarding call journaling for outbound calls. In our setup, we have multiple SIP Trunks, and outbound calls can go through any of these based on various rules.

My question is: Is there a way in 3CX call journaling to identify which specific SIP Trunk was used for each outbound call? This detail is crucial for our call management and reporting needs.

Any guidance or pointers to relevant documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

This information is not available in the CRM journaling.

What I would suggest is to have some sort of script in between to capture the phone number ([Number]) and process it the same way your outbound rules in 3CX would.

So if you route 906 numbers, for example, to Twilio, but 604 to Flowroute, then you can use that to determine where it should have gone.
