Hi,

In my company we have agents that attend two queues with different DDIS.

How can I make an outgoing call identifying the corresponding DDI in the queue?

For outbound calls, there are a couple of different ways an agent can dynamically alter the caller ID number.
  • You can use a prefix when dialing the customer number. For example, add "777" to the 10 digit number, and build an outbound rule that requires the number start with "777"and has a length of 13 digits. Set the desired caller ID on the rule.

  • Take a look at our 3CX Caller ID tool. This tool provides a compact web interface where the agent can select the desired caller ID from a list, place the call, then reset it back to the default.

Yeah, outbound roules is a solution but i think that this option must be integrated in softphone.

If a user is a member of 1 or more queue, give the possibility to select the queue DDI as outbound callied for this call.

Here an example of my idea:

Of course this option, only to member in queue.

@Nick Galea we need this please!

Regards!
