Hello all,

Version 12 SP5. Grandstream 4108, 7 analog lines. Phones - Yealink T32G

I need to setup outbound rules so that by dialing a specific prefix I can force the outgoing call through a specific line.

In the Outbound Rules setup my only option in the routes is to select the Gateway itself or BLOCK CALLS.

How can I force the call out a specific phone line?

Thanks

David

The 4108 would need a method to separate the lines and have separate registrations to 3cx.
I would post this on the Grandstream site for better visibility.
Or read this: http://www.grandstream.com/products/gxw_series/gxw410x/documents/gxw410x_interop_3cx.pdf
Looks like this device can have multiple profiles...with separate channels setup.

You can use Dinstar DAG1000-8O instead, it has much better functionality than GXW4108 like trunk groups, routing, etc. More info available at: http://www.dinstar.com/Product/Product_23.aspx?typeid=11
We sell it in Europe at: http://sip.bg/voip-gateways/analog-gateway/DAG1000-8O
