Send RPS request manually

Hello,

Imagine I need to setup a new 3CX server for a customer, which is going live in three weeks.
I need to create all users now because we need to test callflows, softphones and configure queues with members, etc.
But the IP phones are only delivered at the customer site the day of the migration, in 3 weeks.
As far as I understand, the MAC are deleted in Yealink RPS two weeks after the IP phone has been created in 3CX admin console.
And thus when the phones would be plugged-in, they would not be automatically provisionned (the server is in the cloud).
Is there a way to manually resend the MAC to Yealink RPS without deleting and creating the IP phone on 3CX admin console ?

Yep thanks, it's disabled by default AFAIK.

You may change "Network Interface" from FQDN to IP in User > Phone and Save, then reopen and switch back, Save again.
This will resend RPS request for the phone.
This needs to be repeated for all the userrs/phones.

You're right, this option is present for local phones only.
Another way is to regenerate user's credentials using Reset button.
It is even easier to do as multiselect applies.

Where I still do the old: Phones -> PNP Phones -> Assign phone (get error, already assigend to xxx), re-assign to xxx, DONE.

@mls.nicolas I'm a bit confused about the question...you have the MAC addresses from distribution, but not the phones? Can't you just add them in a week or two before they arrive?

If you're actually testing with the phones now, they should stay provisioned...

@SteveITS Yes I have the MAC addresses, but I'm not doing the deployment on-site myself. I could of course create the phones just before the migration date, but I would prefer to import the csv with the users and the MAC addresses in one go.
