Hi,
I have two Sennheiser headset, both exibit the exact same issue...
When I receive a call, I hear some kind of a chime, I press the answer call button on the headset, then I can ear the standard 3cx ringing sound. If I press another time it actually refuse the call.
All other call related function work properly, it's only the answer call that doesn't want to work
I installed the Sennheiser plugin while 3cx was shutdown. I can acutally see the pluggin running. I did reboot my computer.
Any idea?
