I set up a PBX express test instance yesterday, hosted by 3CX (Google Cloud?)
Made sure everything worked with my SIP provider and as all was OK I'm happy to make live.

I came to backup and make live this morning but receive "Server Error" trying to logon to the management console.

Checked my email and had received 2 emails overnight, one at 01:00 saying backup complete, the other at 02:22 -
Following service(s) were stopped recently:
3CXPhoneSystemMC01

Is there any way I can restart this? Or find a log to tell me what is wrong?

If you used PBXExpress to your own cloud then you just need to restart it. If you did it the 28 day trial under 3CX cloud then you need to reach out to support if a paid customer or on the forums here.

Was in a hurry so I simply abandoned the installed instance and set up on my own cloud

in any case that email was the clue you needed, the management console service was stopped, ive seen it happen on occasion, and usually you just need to either start the service from the console/shell, or just reboot the vm and it will come back on all by itself.

As this was a 3CX trial that option wasn't available to me. If I do another trial I'll use AWS or Azure so that this option becomes available
