Solved Server Error on login page

Hi All

We are running a trial at the moment and we opted to use the hosted option. But we chose hosted with 3CX. The issue i have is that all of a sudden I cannot login.

The only solutions i can find is restarted the hosted VM but as this is hosted through 3CX i do not have the power to restart this.

Do you have the ability to restart the instance via your customer portal?

The issue was resolved after a restart of the management console service.
