Solved Server Error

Hi
not able to login into web 3cx management console as i am entering my id and password it is showing server error
please provide solutions

though my phones are working all fine but management console is giving server error

Reboot. Since you gave no details as to your setup I'm going to assume this is Debian and due to the postgresql patch pushed out.

Connect SSH with root user

Type :

systemctl list-units --failed

It will tell you which service have "failed" .

After ... type :

systemctl restart %ServiceName%.service

(Replace « %ServiceName% » by the name failed service )

The reboot would be better but it is not always possible to restart the server. My solution generally allows to restart the service without cutting the actives calls.
