Hi Experts,
It's 2026 NOW!! Is anyone still experiencing the issue where extensions in 3CX become “Not Registered” after 7 days of inactivity?
For Android users, we understand that enabling the “Keep Active” option in the 3CX mobile app helps maintain registration, although it comes at the cost of higher battery consumption.
However, we are facing challenges with iOS users. Has anyone found a reliable solution or workaround for this?
Some suggestions mention using Background App Refresh, but this only works if the app remains in the background (i.e., not force-closed by swiping it away). In real-world usage, many users tend to close apps, which leads to the same issue recurring.
We would greatly appreciate if anyone could share:
Thank you in advance for your insights and suggestions.
