Server shows Web Gui logon - but nothing else

This is a 3cx hosted PRO test license. Just spun up last week to take a look at everything v16 has to offer before rolling live on an installation.
I can get to the Web Gui using FQDN and IP both - but it takes a while. Then when I login, after a minute or 2 says "Server Error".
How can I fix this since it's not my server?

Where is the server hosted ? I host servers for 3CX from a provider platform however I can still get onto the physical server box (normally Windows) to make any changes required (the provider has a portal).

I guess since you can access momentarily the FQDN resolves ok ? does it resolve when you get the server error ?

As I mentioned - 3CX hosted. Wherever they host their service.

I guess you mean PBX Express in that case, which would be OVH.
