Just installed 3cx server plus the 3cx phone. Appears to be all correct. However been unable to get two extensions to work. No VOIP or external connection created so far. Only the two extensions. Both register with the server (nemesis). When either of them tries to make the call the following sequence appears on the server:-

14:57:26.703 Failed c8 "101"<sip:101@nemesis> <sip:143@nemesis> Call failed, reason: Service Unavailable
Any help would be appreciated. I have been able to get direct IP communications to work. And we do run local firewalls which I have tried disabled.
