set up outbound

how can i set up may 3cx outbound only ,, im sing sip trunk didlogic,, and how to config to sotfphone ,,,,
i already set up may sip trunk to 3cx but the problem is cant call outbound ,

I would suggest looking at the following article for configuring outbound rules. While some providers may want the full +X(XXX)XXX-XXXX, others may not need the +.

As for configuring the softphone, can you please describe what you mean by that? Are you referring to the mobile client or web client?

To configure the 3CX Phone for Windows, you will need to first make an extension and send yourself a welcome email from the management console. It will contain a configuration file that automatically sets up your account on the softphone.
