Setting up Holidays

Hello to all,
tried using the new "range" feature when setting up holidays.
I've noticed that the selected prompt won't play. Instead, when i select only the single day the prompt plays normally.
Why?
I think it's a bug...very annoying when setting up 30 days (30 single days....!)

Look I suggest that first you check why when you play HOL prompt nothing is being played.

Regarding Ranges what is annoying? Can you clarify more...

You can set up more than 30 days and the only restriction there is if you configure ranges within different years, this is not allowed.

Hi,
the problem is:
1) if i set 1 single day the prompt plays (the prompt that belongs to the single day holiday)
2) if i set a range of days the prompt won't play

this indipendently by the HOL prompt.
The HOL prompt contains an empty wav because is already on the "Configure Holiday" GUI.

We cannot replicate this, we need logs of IVR in verbose. Send me a pm and we will see what is your real problem.

Also make sure you are on V15 SP1.
