setting up outbound caller ID with nextiva

Hi guys, needs some help regarding setting up caller id on some of extensions.
What i like to is to set one of extension when dial out it will show our Tollfree number on the other end.
I spoke with nextiva and they said i need to set P-Asserted Identity which i tried and failed.

on the P-Asserted Identity: User Part = OutboundCallerId taken from extension setting in management console
on P-Asserted Identity: Host Part = GWHostPort gateway/provider host/port

on the extension setting- Outbound Caller ID = my Tollfree Number.

is there something i missed on this??

all suggestion are welcome.

I suggest you reach back out to Nextiva. They are the one rejecting the call.

I agree that you should speak with Nextiva as they may need further configuration to have this working apart from the PAI header.
Or you could switch to one of our supported providers and avoid having to mess around with settings as we provider templates for our supported providers with all the settings pre-configured.

i'am working with nextiva support to solve this matter.

for supported providers i will think about it since i've been with nextiva for quite sometime and i have a few clients attached with it.

I will get back as soon as i received any news from Nextiva.
