Setting up Remote Voicemail

Hello,

We have users that need to regularly change greetings for certain voicemail boxes. However, these voicemail boxes are not tied to the extension of the person needing to change the greeting. What is the best way for a user to dial into a mailbox that belongs to another mailbox?

From a digital receptionist you can dial the voicemail extension number, or have the receptionist transfer you to the voicemail extension. Substitute "999" below with your PBX voicemail extension number. Enter the mailbox PIN when prompted.

Accessing Voicemail
From your extension: Dial 999 or press Message
From any extension: Dial 999, Press #, enter [EXT]
From an Outside Line: Dial 999, Enter [EXT], Press #
