Setup Multi-Tenant

I just installed a new system and its V20 U5 but all of the functions for Multi tenant are missing. Is there something outside of the instructions in the article https://www.3cx.com/docs/multi-tenant-configuration/ that I am missing. I go to downloads and hit install and it take me to my systems and everything is blank. See Below.

Is it possible that there is no unused an non-NFR 3CX license available for this?

As the instructions describe: a previously unused 3CX with at least 16SC and non-NFR is required and has not yet been assigned. Only then will this license appear there for use as a 3CX Multi Tenant.

My understanding is you need to purchase the licence only, then go to downloads and hit install. There you 'should' see the available licence to install multi-tenant with.

yes, a 16 SC at minimum is required or there is a non used license in this size

yes, there you can download (and modify if needed) the multi tenant config for a fresh installation
